Circumzenithal Arc on May 21st, 2017
The circumzenithal arc on the evening of may 21st, 2017 was one of the most beautiful ones I have ever seen. No photo can really render the silky look of the arc. Even children in the neighborhood noticed the dazzling "rainbow" in the sky. Of course this was no rainbow, as circumzenthal arcs belong to ice crystal halos and do not need rain to appear.
