Parry Arc on March 27th, 2004
After a sunny but nevertheless cold day, suddenly Cirrus appeared and formed a V-shaped tangent arc and rare sunvex Parry arc. The latter had an intense upper blue fringe. This low-sun display lasted only 7 minutes! The solar elevation was no more than 3 degrees. The only other halo was a fiery left parhelion.
