22° Halo in Tong Li
On the morning of July 18th, 2009, a very bright and complete 22° halo appeared in the veiled sky of Tong Li near Suzhou, China. Note the typical yellowish and brownish colour an dthe lack of blue, distinguishing it from a circumscribed halo. There were no other halos. Nikon D90, processed with Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0.
