The halo display of June 26th, 2004 at Trier was one of the most beautiful I have seen. It comprised, among many other halos, a complete parhelic circle without parhelia. Note the 22° halo and the brightly coloured circumscribed halo on the right hand side. The images is rotated by about 90°, the sun is situated on the right hand side.
